Job Description:Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville and Dickson are currently seeking reliable and efficient candidates for a Batch Operator position and the pay is $16.00/hour. Candidates must be able to work a lot of overtime and including weekends. This position is located in Ashland City, TN.Responsibilities:

• Ensure all batches are color tested
• Color test each batch of concrete; clean and maintain all working areas of the mixer between color changes; weigh pigment for all batches; clean out mixers at end of shift and breaks
• Adhere closely to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essentialQualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required
  • Capable of working overtime
  • Must have own transportation
  • Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Closed-toed shoes/boots
  • Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines.
