Job Overview: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with managing the accounts payable function of the company. This position will report to the Director of Accounting.Specific Job Duties: Ensure accurate and timely invoice processingAssist with getting new vendor forms and processing payments to vendorsAudit inventory invoices back to receiver documentationAudit monthly vendor statementsTimely responses to internal and external vendor inquiries/issues via email and phone callsAssist with establishing/adhering to internal control policiesAssist with other special projects as requestedRequirements:Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma1 year of accounts payable experience or related accounting experienceWorking knowledge in Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent accounting experienceProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) a plusEssential Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and abilities needed for success in the position):Must possess strong analytical ability, strong math skills, customer service, verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills. Rotating exhibits examine a broad range of topics, from country classics to ultra-contemporary and emerging artists in American Currents. The museum owns Hatch Show Print, a letterpress print shop opened in 1879, and it operates Historic RCA Studio B, where Elvis Presley and many others recorded.
