We are seeking an experienced INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to work full-time at our Facility in Joelton TN (Nashville area). To apply, respond to this posting with:

*JOB OVERVIEW*

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include:

* Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* Understanding customer needs and requirements
* Closing sales deals

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* Understand customer needs and requirements
* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
* Build pipeline and close deals
* Perform effective online calls and Zoom presentations to close prospects

*REQUIREMENTS*

* Proven inside sales experience
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
* Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
* Experience working with PipeDrive or similar CRM
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Experience with medical device or healthcare sales a plus
* BA/BS degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
