WCSC Tennessee, LLC dba Home Instead is a leader in the senior home care industry. Due to expansion, we have an position for a Regional Vice President. This position will be based in Nashville, TN and will provide leadership and support to our 7 franchise office locations in KY, TN, and AL. The RVP is responsible for providing leadership across our regional franchise locations to meet sales growth objectives and profitability goals in all offices.   • PTOPrimary Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with the company Executive Vice President to determine opportunities for sales growth and create the plans and strategies to be deployed to our offices. Provide leadership and direct support to the General Managers, Recruitment & Engagement Managers and Home Care Consultants at each office location.
    • Take the lead in keeping abreast of new industry developments and opportunities for We Care Senior Care positioning ourselves as leaders in the industry and creating new sales growth opportunities.
    • Work with HCC's to research and develop client relationships leading to referrals. Provide direction on all phases of the sales process, including preparation and documentation of follow-up calls, recommendation of appropriate Home Instead services and additional community resources, maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts, including follow-up, as necessary.
    • Provide direct support and leadership for any potential referral source with significant sales potential as well as any potential new opportunity outside our current standard service offerings.
    • Ensure HCCs are maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities, including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential. Have this data readily available for the Executive Leadership Team.
    • Build relationships within the franchise networks of other owners or managers to continuously learn about potential challenges and solutions we might be able to implement within our offices.
      • Work with Home Office and our business coaches to help implement new pro-growth strategies.
      • Develop annual sales targets and coach the Sales and Marketing Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
      • Oversee Care Professional recruitment process to ensure job competency and performance levels with clients are high; additional or specialized training needs are met. Support Recruiting & Engagement, ensuring execution of a regular process for recruiting Care Professionals.
      • Work with the VP of Operations to help train best practices and Standard Operating Procedures; particularly those related to sales growth.
      • Manage expenses within defined budget categories (recruiting expenses, administrative expenses, overtime expenses)
      • Ensure performance in all functional areas of the business are at or above objectives by:
      • Monitoring and managing team performance against processes, metrics, auditing key processes
      • Having a working knowledge of all functional areas of the businesses and key processes
        • Assess staff members through daily check-in's, quarterly discussions, mid-/year-end performance evaluations. Take corrective action on performance issues, celebrate successes and set goals for upcoming periods.
        • Motivate and support employees to create a dedicated, engaged, passionate, cohesive work team
        • Adhere to, and implement, all company policies and procedures
        • Take appropriate action to ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations
        • Participate in process preparation, best practices, competitor and/or market information along with forecasting and planning
        • Participate in offsite strategic planning meetings with the leadership team
        • All other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field or commensurate experience
          • Solid business management skills, including expert P&L understanding
          • Proven results as a leader motivated by profitable sales growth
          • Demonstrated success in team leadership, and getting work done effectively through teams
          • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to shift gears at any moment in the day
          • Organized and works with a sense of urgency
          • Willing to implement and follow standard processes and proceduresKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
            • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
            • Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with Key Players, Care Professionals, Referral Sources, and Clients.
            • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
            • Must have the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills is essential as well as sound- judgment and good decision-making
            • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly work
            • Must have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
            • Must have the ability to drive, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
