REMOTE Benefits Administrator (Temporary)

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a fully REMOTE Benefits Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with their increase in workflow.The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in benefits with a focus on the following:

Following up on and processing premium payments
Sending Premium payment notification to employees
Completing STD / LTD claims
Answer all benefit related questions
Process tuition reimbursements
Work payroll to ensure STD payments are processed
Various other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Benefits
- HRIS experience (Peoplesoft preferred)
- Bachelor's graduate
