Whether you're greeting guests or restocking the keg, you set the standard for the pace of service. That's a pretty high standard, too, if you're the one setting it. You can multitask better than anyone you've ever met so keeping your crew and the guests happy is a piece of cake. When you're around, people know a good time is bound to be had. WHAT THAT REALLY MEANS: You're the dedicated runner for everything bar! Support the crew by keeping the place well-stocked with everything from clean glasses and ice to mixers and kegs. Impress us with your strength! You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Bobby digs safety, so maintain cleanliness of the bar area, refrigerators and storage areas in accordance with federal, state, local and company codes. Protect Bobby's assets. Take care when using any of the tools the crew has the privilege to work with. BOBBY TAKES CARE OF THE CREW: If it's one thing Bobby knows, a little Rest and Relaxation is good for the mind, body, and soul. Bobby wants you have a life outside of work.
