Job DescriptionOur rapidly-growing legal intake and retainer conversion program at Calls and Cases, LLC. is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You'll survey prospective clients during inbound calls and empathize with them on the details of their case, and connect qualified leads to our conversion specialists. We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal services team. Calls and Cases partners with Whitehardt, Inc., the nation's leading law firm advertising and consulting agency to turn calls into cases for law firms in the Nashville area and across the country.   • Nashville, TNRemote Work
    • This position will be an in-office role during the 4-6 week training and certification period. Upon completion of training and certification, qualified Lead Intake Specialists will be permitted to work from home full-time.
    • Our company will provide a laptop computer and peripherals.
    • The employee must maintain a reliable internet connection speed of at least 50 mbps.
    • Employees must have a quiet workspace environment to avoid any distractions or interruptions.Responsibilities
      • Serve as a "friendly voice" and first impression of the law firm.
      • Review and record potential clients' claims by phone.
      • Survey prospective clients to determine their qualifications for representation by the law firm and ensure they feel seen and heard.
      • Submit claims to the law firm for review.
      • Handle time sensitive and confidential information.
      • Handle each interaction with profound empathy and compassion.
      • Accurately collect prospective client details and pertinent information.
      • Adapt to evolving business structure and program guidelines.Qualifications
        • High school diploma or equivalent required.
        • Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred.
        • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
        • Proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace Applications (Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Sheets, etc).
        • Proficient data entry and computer skills.
        • Previous legal intake services experience a plus, but not required.
        • CRM and case management software experience is a plus.Benefits
