But first, you should learn a little bit about the gig--- HERE'S THE DEAL: What is a Jacko' anyway? Not like a Jack-O'-Lantern, even less like a Jacka##. More like some sort of a Barback, Busser and Serving Assistant wrapped up in one well-rounded package. Backing up the bartenders? Check. Hand-delivering bites and beverages? Done. Keeping the joint shipshape? Easy. You really do it all to keep things running smooth. You're the bona fide Jack(or Jill)-Of-All-Trades for the Rooftop Lounge, but, to keep it simple, we just call you Jacko'. WHAT THAT REALLY MEANS: Be the dedicated runner for the rooftop and wherever needed. That means everything from running a charcuterie spread to hangry guests to running down to the kitchen to grab more ice or tapping yet another keg. A little elbow grease goes a long way. Keep the place looking sharp by getting rid of any lingering dirty dishes. Make your presence known all over the roof. Be there to support your crew when the night (or day) gets a little wild. There's really nothing you can't handle. Impress us with your strength! You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. BOBBY TAKES CARE OF THE CREW: If it's one thing Bobby knows, a little Rest and Relaxation is good for the mind, body, and soul. Bobby wants you have a life outside of work. Heck, we'll even pay to get you to get outta here and take some time off. Bobby calls it Paid Time Off. Pretty original, right? And, you won't have to wait long to take it.
