The Opportunity…Avani Media is looking for an account coordinator to join our team. We are looking for this person to learn our business and our industry by working side by side with our client strategy and client success teams. You will join existing and prospective client calls, attend meetings with new and established vendors, and be involved with strategy and planning of campaigns while also prospecting for new business. You are known for your hard working and curious nature - You have a desire and yearning to learn by asking questions to learn all you can about the industry and our clients. Our ideal candidate is goal-driven and can move quickly and efficiently through the nuances of new business, supporting current customers, and working with our Client Strategy and Client Services Team. You're professional, detail-oriented, and have the ability to identify and rectify potential problems within specific projects.   • Work hand in hand with Strategy and Client Success temas
  • Join client and vendor calls to gain understanding of our clients and industry and assist client strategists with next steps resulting from those calls
  • Coordinate planning efforts with client strategist team and client success team by understanding client briefs and working to get RFPs to vendors
  • Outreach to a targeted list of prospective clients with the goal of setting up new business discovery calls for client strategy team
  • Assisting with builds of presentation decks for client proposals What You Bring…Our ideal candidate has one year of sales experience in the B2B space and a willingness to want to learn and grow
    • You bring curiosity to the job each and every day. You want to understand who are clients are, what they are trying to accomplish by working with us, and how we select vendors to run their campaigns
    • You are organized. You are able to coordinate all of the processes and materials needed to take a campaign from the planning stage to the execution stage to delivery stage. You take detailed notes and stay up to date on tasks and to-do's
