There's room to grow as a budding entrepreneur.Exciting work you will do:Optimize employee schedules across all locations in the best interest of client.Filling client schedules with staff as Directed by Assistant Director of Scheduling and Director of SchedulingOptimizing schedulesDevelop and maintain schedules for staffFill open shifts as neededMinimize overtime, mileage, and open shiftsReport needs regarding staff to Regional officeCoordinate with Nursing department to schedule introductions and evaluationsHouse oversight and monitoring if requestedCommunicating and collaborating among client offices to ensure continued success and unified messageCommunicating and collaborating among client offices to adapt to changes in regulations or strategyOther duties and assignments as assignedWhat you will need:Bachelor's degreeAbility to work in team atmosphereAbility to multi-taskSelf-initiating and motivatedGrowth orientedPositive attitude in fast paced environmentEffective and efficient telephone, written and electronic communication skillsExcellent customer service telephone skillsProficiency with PC's and computer programs including Word, Excel, and Adobe AcrobatPosition requires training and experience in general office procedures, policies, and methodsKnowledge in the use of office equipment, strong verbal and writtenAble to meet deadlinesmust pass background checks** Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland.
