What You Will Do:
As the Quality
Program Manager, you'll be responsible for the development and
ongoing day to day management of an integrated portfolio of
internal and external clinical quality programs, projects, and or
initiatives. Applies to Medicare FFS, Medicare Advantage & D-SNP,
Medicaid, ACA Exchange, and Commercial populations.
- Development, approval, implementation, and compliance of
ongoing internal and external clinical quality programs,
documentation, and activities including program goals, projects,
and infrastructure to meet defined quality program, accreditation,
and business strategies.
- Perform ongoing analysis of data and benchmark performance,
develop success measures and perform periodic assessment of program
- Act as subject matter expert and remain aware of industry
- Provide formal and informal presentations and reports to all
levels of the organization and give updates, as needed.
- Manage internal and external relationships and partners with
National and Local Market business areas and lead cross-functional
teams to achieve quality program goals and objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external training related to clinical
- Supervise day to day functions of Quality Team Associates.

What You Will Need:
- Develop program goals and
infrastructure to align with defined business strategy.
- Manage program through creating
program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and
ensure resources are assigned to meet program goals.
- Recommend program budget and
monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.
- Communicate and document program
quality outcomes and progress metrics.
- Address and resolve project issues
to ensure goals remain on track.
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of experience required.
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
