Job Description:

A client in the Nashville area is looking for a candidate to manage their ERC (Employee Response Center). This center helps take calls from the stores, which mostly are related to POS (point of sale), operational questions, etc. This person will have 4 direct reports (3 being external vendors) and 400 indirect reports. This person will use their knowledge and technical mindset to create efficiency and effectiveness within the ERC while implementing new technology, procedures, and metrics to drive continual improvement of performance and the customer/client experience. This person will have lots of autonomy and room for growth.


College degree
3-10+ years experience operating over a large outsourced call center

POS experience (pin pads, omni channel solutions, CRM knowledge, etc.)

A passion for new technologies and developing strategies for their area

Experience working with outsourced vendors as well as their indirect reports

Strong problem management and technical mindset

Open to working extended hours occasionally
