Job Description:

Lead team members in area in daily activities. Communicate issues with supervisor. Assigns tasks to team members and maintains seamless operations in the warehouse. Key Accountabilities

• Promotes safe work practices
• Follows and ensures quality standards are adhered to.
• Assigns work to team members.
• Post performance numbers for area.
• Communicate issues with supervisor.
• Organizes loading and unloading of products.
• Ensures the proper labeling, tagging, and packing of goods and materials in assigned area.
• Complies with legal procedures for handling and receiving goods. Key Working Relationships
  • Distributes work assignments to hourly staff.
  • Interacts with hourly staff and others as needed.
  • Takes direction from supervisor daily as needed. Education & Experience
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Some college
    • 1-2 yrs warehouse experience Specialist Knowledge & Skills
      • Basic computer skills.
      • Outlook, excel, PKMS.
      • Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
      • Able to communicate work related tasks to a diverse group of individuals.
