Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year A bit about us: We are a
boutique bank in Tennessee that is purpose driven to deliver on all

(Within 200 mile radius of Nashville, TN) Salary: DOE Level: Mid

(Medical, Dental, Vision) 401k Job Details Required Skills: 2 years
of banking, mortgage lending or similar experience. Experience as a
Mortgage Closer. Background working with Conventional and
Government loans. Strong knowledge of LOS systems (preferably
Encompass) Bonus Skills: 5 years of residential mortgage operations
experience. Familiarity with the Middle Tennessee residential
mortgage lending market. Responsibilities: Ensure that appropriate
disclosures have been prepared & delivered in accordance with bank
policy and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with title companies
to schedule loan closings. Confirm the accuracy of draft closing
statements, legal descriptions, documents, and disclosures. Create
closing loan documentation on approved loan applications. Collect
fully executed loan documents and inputting the loan terms in the
bank---s core accounting system. Deliver quality loan files to
investors to ensure a timely purchase of Secondary Market loans.
