We are seeking a Super/Flex Pool Registered Nurse for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary: You will demonstrate age specific knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment and care of patients.

You will ensure the privacy of our patients and confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI).

You will utilize nursing process for individual care to meet needs of patients.

You will demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures.

You will document all patient care.

With 126 beds, TriStar Southern Hills is an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center. Qualifications

Social skills to positively engage with your patients, guests, physicians, and other employees

Your degree from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (B.S. or A.S.)

Previous experience in two different nursing specialties

Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing

Current BLS (All RNs)

Current PALS

Current ACLS

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
