Vice President of Operations
The Vice President of Operations will lead several programs
within Kepro. This role will be critical in supporting Operations
by defining and executing strategies for excellent performance.
This position collaborates with others to develop and/or identify
best practices and build consistency across contracts. The Vice
President of Operations is expected to work closely with key
customers, identifying strategic direction and future opportunities
for growth. Operations leader, with strong, results driven,
relationship management and collaboration skills to ensure the

Establish productivity expectations to ensure assigned programs
achieve financial and contract targets. Identify opportunities for
further operational effectiveness through process improvement,
re-design, automation, etc.
Ensure headcount is right-sized to the operation, considering
attrition rates and new customers, while meeting workload and
financial targets. Develop and maintain an operational
infrastructure that includes employee skill set requirements, gap
analysis, performance management, and training plans. Create and
implement effective retention plans in conjunction with Human

“Up-Selling” opportunities to current customers. Identify,
initiate, and support project initiatives that add value to the
operations. Act as resource, demonstrating the value of Kepro’s
healthcare suite of products/services.
Coordinate request for proposal (RFP) responses, including
identification of response opportunities consistent with Kepro’s
strategic objectives. Lead the response team including the
development of timelines and work plans, delegate tasks, complete
sections of the RFP, review the final draft product and compiles
and submits the final RFP. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for
