Job Description:
At Nashville Record Pressing, we're passionate about vinyl-its
legacy, its culture, and its future. Founded in the heart of Music
City, we are a fast-growing, world-class vinyl record manufacturing
facility built to meet the demands of today's global music
industry. As part of the Czech-based GZ Media family-the world's
largest vinyl manufacturer-we combine decades of expertise with
state-of-the-art technology to deliver premium-quality records to
major labels, independent artists, and everyone in between. Our
team is made up of music lovers, skilled technicians, creative
thinkers, and quality champions who are committed to excellence in
every groove. Whether it's producing limited editions or
high-volume releases, we pride ourselves on craftsmanship,
innovation, and doing our part to keep analog sound alive. Working
at NRP means being part of a company that values precision,
teamwork, and the magic of music. Join us as we shape the sound of
tomorrow-one record at a time. Key Responsibilities: Maintain
cleanliness around all presses and compound holding areas. Move all
compound materials between the staging area and designated presses.
Monitor compound levels and only request compound when Gaylord
reaches the low point. Communicate compound needs to the warehouse
team clearly and in a timely manner. Sort recyclables into
compactors and dispose of trash appropriately. Regularly sweep and
vacuum around each press as messes are made. Keep areas around
Gaylords and compound storage clear and safe. Remove excess flash,
empty flash bins, and consolidate used Gaylords. Ensure
hoppers/vacuum systems are filled with the correct, uncontaminated
compound color. Avoid contamination of compounds with other
materials (e.g., wood, dust, other colored compounds). Remove and
store flash/scrap records in designated areas. Wrap and transport
flash and scrap Gaylords to their proper storage locations. Assist
maintenance teams during color changeovers: Follow directions for
moving pallets and material staging for specific jobs or artists.
Support leads and supervisors with additional materials tasks as
needed.
