seeking a seasoned Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic legal
team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a
challenging and rewarding environment where you will provide expert
legal advice and representation to our clients across a variety of
matters. The successful candidate will be proficient in litigation,
legal research, legal writing, and drafting legal documents. The
individual will also have a solid background in various areas of
law such as personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and real

Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Represent clients
in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting
evidence to defend or prosecute in civil or criminal litigation. 2.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to gather relevant information
for cases and to stay updated on current laws and regulations. 3.
Draft, revise, and finalize a variety of legal documents such as
pleadings, briefs, contracts, and deeds. 4. Provide expert legal
advice to clients, explaining the law and giving general legal
counsel. 5. Develop and implement strategies for handling legal
issues in creative and efficient ways. 6. Work collaboratively with
other members of the legal team to ensure effective and efficient
legal support. 7. Maintain the highest level of professional
conduct and ethics in all interactions with clients, colleagues,
and courts. 8. Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants,
providing guidance as needed. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD)
degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of
experience as a practicing attorney. 3. Active member in good
standing with the Tennessee Bar. 4. Proven experience in
litigation, legal research, legal writing, and drafting legal
documents. 5. Strong knowledge and experience in personal injury,
family law, criminal defense, and real estate. 6. Excellent
analytical skills with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and
regulations. 7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills,
with the ability to represent clients effectively in various legal
situations. 8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
while maintaining attention to detail. 9. Strong commitment to
client service and demonstrated ability to build and maintain
client relationships. 10. High level of professionalism and ethical
