knowledgeable Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in

work/life balance. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a
caseload of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and
other related documents. Conduct consultations with clients to
understand their needs and provide strategic legal guidance on
estate planning issues. Draft, review, and execute estate planning
documents tailored to clients’ goals. Stay up-to-date on state and
federal estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance
and optimal client outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues to
contribute to client case strategy and planning. Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of estate planning experience Must be Bar licensed
in Tenesee , in good standing. Strong legal writing, research, and
client consultation skills. Ability to work both independently and
collaboratively in a client-centered environment. JD from
