Job Description:
Lee Company, a leader in the HVAC service industry, is seeking a
dedicated Client Engagement Specialist to join our expanding team.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and
managing client interactions effectively to maintain high levels of
customer satisfaction. Leveraging attention to detail,
problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of HVAC products and
services, the successful candidate will ensure client needs are met
and potential issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain and enhance
client relationships through effective communication and timely
responses to queries and issues. Understand and anticipate client
needs to better facilitate sales and support. Work closely with
other departments to ensure cohesive client experience and problem
resolution. Manage client records and interactions in the company's
CRM system. Provide accurate information about products and
services to clients. Help in designing and implementing customer
satisfaction measurement criteria and systems. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proficiency in CRM software Deep
understanding of HVAC systems and products Ability to manage
multiple tasks and priorities Analytical skills to assess customer
needs and feedback Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
