Job Description:
U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC, a leader in innovative
power transmission technology, is seeking a motivated and skilled
Field Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you
will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless installation and
integration of our advanced roller chains, engineering class
chains, sprockets, and cable and hose carriers across diverse
operational settings. This position requires a dynamic individual
who excels in project management, possesses technical proficiency,
and can effectively coordinate between multiple teams and clients
to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Coordinate and
oversee all aspects of the installation process for power
transmission systems at client sites. Establish clear objectives
and timelines for each installation project in collaboration with
project management teams. Communicate effectively with clients,
engineers, and technicians to ensure specifications and quality
standards are met. Manage logistics, including equipment, manpower,
and materials required for installation projects. Monitor the
installation process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all
operations comply with company and safety standards. Provide
detailed reports on project status, challenges, and milestones to
senior management. Assist in training and mentoring new team
members. Analyze project outcomes and provide feedback for
continuous improvement. Strong project coordination and management
skills. Technical knowledge of power transmission systems and
components. Proficiency in MS Office and project management
software. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Highly organized with attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification preferred. Technical
certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is a
plus.
