looking for a skilled and motivated Guidewire ProducerEngage
Developer to join our growing Insurance Technology team. This is a
great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on cutting-edge
digital solutions that improve user experience and streamline
business processes. In this role, you’ll work closely with business
analysts, UX designers, and backend engineers to build and enhance
Guidewire Digital applications. Your focus will be on customizing
and optimizing ProducerEngage to support smooth onboarding,
quoting, servicing, and renewal processes for producers. What
You’ll Do Develop and configure components within the Guidewire
ProducerEngage portal using the Guidewire Digital Framework
(JavaScript, React, Node.js). Build custom widgets, workflows, and
pages tailored to business needs. Integrate ProducerEngage with
Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and third-party systems.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create responsive, user-friendly
web interfaces. Customize key producer experiences including
onboarding, quoting, and servicing. Take part in sprint planning,
code reviews, and estimation discussions. Ensure all solutions meet
performance, security, and accessibility standards. Maintain
technical documentation and support production systems as needed.
What We’re Looking For 3 to 8 years of software development
experience, with at least 4 years focused on the Guidewire Digital
Suite. Proven expertise in customizing and configuring
ProducerEngage. Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js,
Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON. Experience integrating with
Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Good understanding of
Guidewire’s edge architecture and digital service layer. Knowledge
of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JWT authentication. Familiarity with
Agile development and tools like JIRA, Git, and Jenkins. Preferred
Experience Guidewire certifications (ProducerEngage or
CustomerEngage). Background in insurance, especially personal
lines. Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure or
AWS. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for digital
