Job Requirements:
Candidate with Minimum Bachelors degree and 4+ Years of Experience
in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
ClaimCenter Experience is mandatory.
Must have Guidewire Cloud Experience and ACE Certified.
Extensive expertise in both Configuration and Integration of
Guidewire Application.
Experience in Development, Production Support, Maintenance of
Guidewire Claimcenter Application.
Well versed with OOTB ClaimCenterCenter functionalities.
Should be Good in Claimcenter Cloud implementation.
Experience in maintaining the application using tools like
TortoiseSVN/Github and Jenkins for code commit and deployments.
Experience in handling defect management tools like JIRA, Microsoft
AzureDevOps.
Experience in designing SQL queries.
Experience in working with Agile Methodology and Code Release
management.
Experience in working with SOAP/RESTful web services development
and Understanding of XML, XSD, Messaging, Plugins.
Experience with estimation process, use case specifications,
reviews of test plans and test cases, requirements, and project
planning.
Full understanding of all phases of Project Life Cycle/SDLC
including Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation, Testing, Software quality standards and
configuration management and change management and Quality
procedures.
Understanding of continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous
Delivery (CD).
Desired skills:
Well versed with Property & Causality Insurance Business.
Experience in performance tuning and Database.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to
build relationships.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Candidates should possess these key skills and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
Ability to lead a development team and achieve results through
others.
Ability to coach and mentor others, particularly new employees.
Ability to quickly debug complex problems and recommend best
practices for process and performance improvements of the
system.
Ability to work with different teams and gather requirements.
Experience with Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) model.
