expand to more regions.What You Will DoThe SaaS Continuity
Engineering team is responsible for the design and build of the
systems and services that enables Oracle to deliver
industry-leading availability and performance objectives for
Oracle's SaaS services. The team architects and develops
high-availability and service continuity solutions across the
entire stack - infrastructure, database, platform, and application
services - and all the dependent components. The engineering
innovations enable SaaS services to be available to customers
without any disruptions even during large-scale incidents. We are
building the next-gen service continuity solutions in a fast-pace
and innovative environment and looking for an Architect who can
design and develop services that operate at scale.As a Fusion
Middleware Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that our
SaaS services are designed and built with the highest level of
availability and resiliency in mind. You will collaborate with
other engineering teams responsible for architecting, designing,
and implementing SaaS Services and underlying platform in a
distributed cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be
technically strong and must understand large-scale systems. This
role will drive the technical architecture of our service
continuity solutions, contribute to the product strategy, and
contribute to the development of next generation availability and
resiliency features for Oracle's SaaS cloud environment.Career
Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesRequired QualificationsMS/BS in Computer
Science, Engineering or related fieldsWorking experience in cloud
infrastructure services including compute, storage, load balancer
and networking servicesExperience with Python or other scripting
languages for developing automationsDevelopment experience in Java,
C++, or similar OO languagesExperience with containers (Dockers,
Kubernetes) and other cloud native componentsExperience in
designing and deployment resilient and fault tolerant systems10+
years experience architecting solutions for large enterprise
systems in cloud10+ years working experience in Oracle Fusion
Middleware products and technologies (Weblogic, OHS)Strong
experience in networking technologiesExperience with Oracle
database productsKnowledge and experience in using cloud deployment
tools like Ansible, TerraformExperience working with multiple
engineering teams across organizationsWritten and verbal
communication skills with the ability to present complex
information in a clear, concise manner to all audiencesComfortable
in a collaborative, agile development environment.Preferred
QualificationsHands-on experience with large-scale services on a
public cloud platform (Examples: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)Extensive
experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologiesUnderstanding
of distributed computing and cloud-based platformsExperience and

executive communication skills and the ability to work well in a
