What you get in return ...The most competitive pay in the industry based upon your skill level, along with a full benefits package.GENERAL SUMMARY The Security Analyst serves as the technical lead in protecting North American Stamping Group's digital data and information assets. Works directly for the Director of Information Technologies to develop, monitor, and administer security policies and best practices for all NASG computer systems, networks, and facilities. Design, construct and implement security solutions for new applications or business processes as they are introduced across NASG. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ---Manage several assignments/projects at once.---Implement, operate, and manage highly technical security analysis tools to assist with the identification and diagnosis problem areas.---Research security advisories, intrusion techniques, analysis tools, and practices. ---Conduct frequent testing of simulated cyber-attacks to look for vulnerabilities in the computer systems and mitigate risks before cyber-attacks.---Make recommendations to managers and senior executives about security advancements to best protect the company's systems. ---Confidential treatment of company information.---Must have the ability to be on the job during normal business hours.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, or other related field required.Experience: ---At least 3 years systems or network experience in support of a medium size company required.---At least 3 years information security experience in support of a medium size company required.---Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Global Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) - preferred ---Certified Information Systems Auditor/Manager (CISA/CISM) - preferredPersonal/Technical Skills: ---Technical skills such as programming/application development, network configuration, and server administration---Ability to analyze complex systems and situations---Ability to work discretely---Forensic and/or investigation methodology including evidence acquisition, processing, and reporting---Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate relevant risks and mitigation options in both written and verbal formLanguage Skills: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace. Spanish is a plus.Computer/Software: ---Knowledge of Windows Server technologies, laptop and desktop operating systems and ERP systems. ---Must have strong experience utilizing tools and systems including active directory, Office 365 administration, remote desktop, ticketing systems.
