Training Developer like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary
The Training Developer is responsible for efficient and effective
design, development and delivery of education initiatives that are
implemented by Parallon. This individual is a member of a cross
functional team, which includes Business Owners, Project
Management, IT&S, and others as needed. This individual will
work closely with various groups to develop and implement education
requirements and change strategies that are needed to achieve the
desired results. As a highly visible department representative,
this individual must consistently demonstrate a strong service
commitment by continually striving to meet and exceed customer
expectations. This position is focused on education needs for the
Payroll and Kronos business lines. Duties (included but not limited
to): Develop educational strategies for both competency-based and
operational-based education initiatives. Simultaneously manages
multiple projects and assignments of various scales. Develop,
revise and maintain content-specific, competency-based, and
operational-based education programs as assigned, in conjunction
with experts from the field. Deliver and support training
initiatives for various groups, including leadership teams and
end-users. Delivery methods may include instructor-led,
train-the-trainer, virtual classroom, web-cast, or web-based
methodologies. Provide training support at regional Shared Services
Centers as requested. Provide training support at patient care
facility locations as requested. Coordinate logistics associated
with education events and departmental meetings. Interact with
internal SMEs and IT&S standards to maintain departmental
standards and consistency of development for the organization.
Maintain training administration records. Review course evaluations
and determine appropriate action to incorporate feedback into
curriculums. Extensive travel is required including Corporate,
Shared Services Center and facility site visits Maintenance of
confidentiality with all company and regulated

proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook,
Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience in using web-based
development and authoring products such as learning management
systems, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Dreamweaver and Snag IT; ability to
quickly learn new systems and technology Stress Tolerance -
maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as
time pressure or job ambiguity); handles stress in a manner that is
acceptable to others and the organization Technology - Kronos
experience a plus Qualifications Bachelor's degree required
Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of training, development and delivery
experience required (including instructional design, adult learning
principles, and technology-based education) Healthcare background
preferred. Distance learning experiences preferred. Parallon
