The Opportunity--- We're hiring a Senior Staff Writer to join the TechRepublic news writing team. This role provides seasoned tech writers with the ability to creatively contribute to the trending and news coverage direction for TechRepublic and within their beat. The role not only expects the writer to write interesting and engaging content, but also provides an opportunity to expose TechRepublic's audience to business technology innovations. How You'll Contribute--- -

• Write 8-10 well-researched articles, interviews, or cover stories per week.
• Participate in weekly pitch meetings where you contribute exciting ideas for articles.
• Mentor junior members of the team on best practices, sourcing new ideas, and expanding their skill set What You Bring---
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B business technology writing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, interviewing, and sourcing skills
  • An expert understanding of at least one business software or technology category.
  • A portfolio of innovative writing or media examples.
