My client is a highly successful manager of value-based risk revenue who partners with high performing healthcare providers across the country. I am currently searching for a Senior Developer/Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to join their newly formed in-house Engineering team. The role will work closely with the Business Analytics, Product, and IT Operations teams to design and implements processes and the appropriate technical solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.--The Senior Developer will also work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Clinical Operations to identify opportunities to improve business processes, ways to provide excellent customer service, as well as drive the value for stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions* Develop solutions for Patient Care Management, Clinical Operations Decision Support, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Support using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure* Serve as an internal consultant and design CRM solutions.* Develop best practices and standards for Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.* Manages CRM technical and functional area, working closely with senior management to manage new initiatives and their delivery.* Works closely with stakeholders to understand, gather and document business requirements.* Recommends solutions and develops alternatives, proactively communicates design and technical discussions, and assists in the decision-making process.* Organizes proof of concepts in CRM to illustrate solution designs to stakeholders.* Develop functional specifications and work closely with system developers on design, testing, and troubleshooting to support system enhancements and implementation.* Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project.* Provide technical subject matter expertise for the technical delivery process and implementation* Analyze solutions impact on existing systems and processes and work with departments throughout the organization to document the scope and depth of testing required for project deployment.* Proactively recommend and implement enhancements and/or upgrades ensuring the architecture and technology standards are in placeMinimum Qualifications:* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 10+ years related experience, master's in computer science or related discipline preferred* Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Dynamics 365, Power Platform Functional areas, and Common Data Model* 3+ years of experience with Azure eco system, 5+ years preferred* SME in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage* Experience in reporting architecture, as well as data analytics and visualization with a focus on integration with BI platforms, such as Power BI* Proven ability to interview business users, collecting and interpreting requirements, explaining the solution details to stakeholders and run effective meetings.* Experience using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure eco system for developing healthcare solutions preferred.* Experience with Dynamics 365 Health Care Accelerator preferred* Understanding of HL7/FHIR standard, and experience with EHR integration preferredOther Attributes* Process oriented individual with effective communication* Strong communication skills, including oral and written* Proactive, collaborative, and cross functional working style* Strong focus on company culture and teamwork* Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
