EMS Training Manager, $35/hr, $2500 sign on bonus
-***PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TO THIS JOB IF YOU ARE NOT LICENSED AS A PARAMEDIC IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE. - THIS IS NOT A RUN OF THE MILL ADMINISTRATOR OR MANAGER POSITION. - YOU MUST BE A PARAMEDIC WITH EMS EXPERIENCE. - PLEASE DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME OR YOURS***
*Must be a Ventilator Certified or Critical Care Paramedic in Tennessee. - If not, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Paramedic and will have 3-6 months to become Ventilator or Critical Care certified in Tennessee. - Pay rate will be lower until you become ventilator or Critical Care certified.
TN State Instructor/Coordinator Preferred
4 year degree preferred
Minimum of AHA BLS Instructor, prefer ACLS and PALS Instructor too
Prefer other instructor certifications as well, for example, NAEMT
Duties:
Onboarding and orientation of new employees
Working with QA staff to remediate people who have QA issues
Holding training sessions for employees as needed
Maintaining training records of employees for state audit
Willing to work shifts on the ambulance as needed, this position will have on truck and off truck time.JB.0.00.LN
