Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential
duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not
limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and
expected to be performed.Encourage and support associate and
manager self-service, where available. Where not available, insure
accurate and timely entry of HR data (hires, data changes,
terminations).Payroll-Timecard management. Work with managers to
avoid timecard discrepancies such as time-off balances and leaves
of absence. Ensure alignment to time keeping policies. Maintain and
keep track of Time & Attendance for hourly non-exempt employees to
ensure compliance with all work rules.Maintains personnel filing
system and record retention program per company policy.Post
internal notices on communication boards and monitors.Support
Safety department with ordering supplies, support internal audits
and help with filing.Develops and maintains office forms and
procedures and assists with administrative tasks.Answers central
telephone system and directs calls accordingly.Receives the public
and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to
inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when
necessary, to the appropriate person, official or
department.Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming
mail.Assists public with the use of department facilities.Schedules
and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, communication
meeting, conferences and department activities for all members of
the department.Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of
information and calls.Sorts and distributes company mail. Drafts
written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.Acts as a
liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including
high-level staff such as CEOs, presidents, senior vice presidents
and board members. Handles confidential and non-routine information
and explains policies when necessary.Works independently and within
a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as
project manager for special projects, at the request of the
manager, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple
presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct
mailings.Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts,
tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling,
grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for
accuracy and clarity of final copy.Requirements:High School Diploma
required3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing
setting with prior administrative experience.Tsubaki is an Equal
