Job Description Human Resources Generalist BFC Solutions specializes in preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, and provides air quality solutions for some of the most recognized retail and commercial brands in America. We also manufacture air filters and have a need for on site HR personnel to manage the HR needs of employees in the facility. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct new hire orientations Support inquiries and requests related to the HR department Collecting payroll from supervisors, auditing for accuracy, and turn in on weekly basis Manage hiring of employees through staffing partners to include interviews, payroll, rollovers, invoicing, etc. Manage employee compensation and benefits Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and coaching skills, to include empathy and consider yourself to be a ---people person--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer skills, experience with HRIS strongly desired Problem solving abilities required Detail oriented, good time management and organizational skills As an employee, you can feel confident that your health and well-being are among our highest priorities.
