  • Fielding HR queries and requests from Employees and Line Managers via email requests, phone, and chat - Example topic areas include benefits, Leave of Absence, PTO balances, employee care & development, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
    • Completing employee transactions across multiple HR systems, ensuring that the centralised HRIS (Workday) remains the source of truth
      • Managing employee lifecycle data inputs with impeccable accuracy
        • Serving as a first point of contact for HR clients on general HR queries regarding tools, processes, and policies
          • Resolving core HR queries directly with Employees and Line Managers. Partnering with HR SME Teams to resolve complex queries
            • Understanding the whole of HR in order to know where to transition queries. Collaborating with other HR teams to deliver resolutions
              • Coaching employees on available HR self-service tools and resources to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
                • Providing an excellent customer experience and managing to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
                  • Helping stakeholders interpret and understand how HR policies impact them and their direct reports, and tactically navigate HR systems and tools.
                    • Recommending enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of function
                      • Communicating effectively to Workday Operations Management team, including escalations as necessary Qualifications
                        • Thorough understanding of different roles and responsibilities within the HR function
                          • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
                            • Strong attention to detail to deliver impeccable accuracy and quality
                              • Strong analytical skills
                                • Ability to manage ambiguity
                                  • Commercially focused and customer-driven
                                    • Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
                                      • Excellent customer service skills including active listening and translating client needs.
                                        • Time management skills and ability to stay organized
                                          • Ability to prioritize and have discernment to know when to properly escalate and get feedback
                                            • Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms is preferred (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow)
                                              • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Job Category:Human Resources Team
