Job Description:

Cook will manage kitchen activities, uphold standards, and
contribute to menu development in alignment with Marriott's

world. Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate food
production schedules to ensure timely delivery of meals. Supervise
and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards
and health regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to
develop and refine menus that meet guest preferences and seasonal
availability. Maintain inventory control and order supplies to
manage costs and waste. Enforce sanitary practices for food
handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and
dining areas. Regularly inspect equipment and ensure necessary
repairs are made to maintain kitchen operability. Contribute to
budgeting and forecasting operational needs and expenses. Strong
culinary and cooking skills, including knowledge of various
cuisines and dietary needs. Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of
budgeting, cost management, and inventory control. Medical
