culinary and entertainment destinations that offer a home for
chefs, restauranteurs, mixologists, brewers, and entertainers to
bring their craft to an engaged local community, all under one
roof. The Food Hall Company’s first property, Legacy Hall, opened
in late 2017 in Plano, Texas. With a second location in Nashville’s
historic Broadway district, Assembly Food Hall, established in
2021, complements and adds to our mission to create and operate
best-in-class dining and entertainment hubs that provide small
businesses a platform to establish and thrive as the heartbeat of
the communities we serve. We are seeking skilled and passionate
craft bartenders to join our team at our food hall destinations.
Our bartenders are authentic and approachable and genuinely connect
with their local communities. With a focus on elevating
hospitality, our bartenders go beyond crafting exceptional
cocktails, creating memorable experiences for our guests. BENEFITS:

averaging 30 hours per week within 90 days of hiring or at the next

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of two (2) years of
bartending experience. Craft cocktail knowledge preferred. Fun,
energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking
a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50
pounds. Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
Maintain current State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire).
Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations
regarding alcohol sales and service. Must be available to work a
variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and
various holidays RESPONSIBILITIES ( INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly. Arrive on
time for scheduled shifts, ready to work. Wear the proper uniform
at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes).
Assemble/dismantle the bar area according to proper procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during the shift. Assist
guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu. Handle
credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Communicate
questions or issues to Management promptly. Work collaboratively
with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Perform
opening and closing duties. Set up the team for success in the next
shift. Build and serve cocktails according to approved recipes
Completion of continuous training from platforms and classes Verify
guests meet legal drinking age requirements after providing an
