looking for in our General Manager: • You have at least 2 years of
leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail
industries with proven success managing financial results •
Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume
environment • Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest
service • Ability to mentor and train team members • Strong
communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and
provide direction • Involvement/understanding of managing
inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials • Drive
and determination think PASSION • Desire for personal and
professional growth Requirements: • Must be a minimum of 18 years
of age. • Completion of a Background Check and Valid Driver's
License. Physical / Mental Requirements: • Continuously utilizes
speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color
definition, and manual/bi-manual dexterity. • Frequently stands,
walks, reaches above shoulders, bends, lifts and/or carries up to
50 pounds and works closely with others. • Ability to perform
repetitive movements over long periods of time. • Occasionally
utilizes sense of taste and smell, and far vision. Works around
chemicals and cleaners; walks on uneven surfaces; may require
utilization of a step stool/ladder; lifts and/or carries up to 50
pounds. Work Conditions / Hours: • Minimum of 50 hours weekly. •
Days and hours may vary according to business necessity, including
weekends, evenings and/or holidays. • Standard restaurant working
conditions. • May be exposed to extreme conditions common in a
restaurant environment, such as extreme heat or cold from equipment
