Our Valets play an important role in our operation; providing valet parking services and personal attention to our guests and their vehicles. Pay Rate: $17/hour with regular bonus opportunities Weekly Schedule: Full Time Open availability, must work weekends. What We Offer: Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program Immediate conditional job offer after successful interview and background check Great tips and regular bonus opportunities for those who are eligible Consistent schedules For those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, EAP and 401(k) plan benefits For those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid Holidays Training and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities of Valets: Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner Accurately and promptly process valet tickets Operate, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a safe and efficient manner Perform inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spaces Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service Report any damage to vehicles or property immediately Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Valets: High school education or equivalent Previous valet, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferred Ability to operate a manual transmission Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
