Job Description:

Military Veterans are Encouraged to Apply. -The Housekeeping Supervisor will be an integral part of the Dream Nashville opening team. Ensure that the cleanliness standards of the guestrooms, meeting areas, public areas, and back-of-the-house are met through the optimal training and supervision of labor.
--- Supervisor and train room attendants, housemen, and public attendants.
--- Manage daily housekeeping boards
--- Cleaning and resetting guest bedroom and bathroom areas
--- Changing linens, making beds, organizing collateral on tables, straightening furniture, dusting and vacuuming of rooms, emptying trash
--- Supervises an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space.
--- Restock all guest room supplies, such as soap and shampoo.
--- Greet all guests with a friendly smile
--- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
--- Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
--- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
--- Replenish chemical bottles
--- Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.)
--- Report any maintenance repairs immediately.
--- Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the Hotel's standards
--- All other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications:
--- At least one year of experience as a supervisor in a hotel housekeeping department
