Must have knowledge and experience in the preparation of food items.Must be willing and able to:Meet personal schedule requirements punctuallyProject a friendly, courteous and pleasant attitudeProvide a clean, well manicured persona that reflects the established image of the restaurantSafely transport containers which weigh up to 30 poundsStand and/or walk for an entire shiftSafely transport items to and from the kitchen on a slick and uneven surface and stairs where applicableRetrieve and stock shelves and coolersSafely move about in all areas of the restaurantAccept constructive criticismWork a variable and flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidaysPerform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke and extreme temperaturesMaggiano's Little Italy - truly is a very special group of restaurants.
