  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service
  • Scrape food/trash into designated waste receptacles from dishes
  • Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
  • Safely and properly store all glassware, dishes, and table utensils
  • Ensure floors are always kept swept and dry, use caution signs when needed
  • Remove trash, recyclables, and waste oil and discard in proper receptacles
  • Deep clean and maintain all kitchen areas, counters, walls, cooling and storage, and always keep sanitized and organized
  • Complete daily maintenance of dishwasher equipment and report any deficiencies to the supervisor
  • Assist other team members during peak times
  • Ensure that the equipment, tools, and materials are handled in a safe manner
  • Steam or hose clean trash cans -Requirements
    • Availability to work weekends and holidays as well as during the week
    • Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to, but not limited to, 25lbs
    • Must have dependable transportation to and from work
    • Documents that verify your eligibility to work in the US and identification
    • Ability to meet hiring requirement, such as a drug test and background check upon hire
