Be courteous, answering phone calls promptly, faxing, and emailing orders to customers. Thoroughly review Aged Receivables and Payment Plans prior to releasing orders. Adhere to credit policies, forward all order documents to the proper warehouse, and follow-up with customers to placement orders match.
