Through the Clinical Education Service Line we are deploying our
strategic nursing initiative to create an organizational structure
focused specifically on educating our clinicians. The Service Line
will develop and deploy consistent world-class curriculum, content,
and programs across all of HCA's acute care facilities nationwide.
The Clinical Education Service Line is uniquely positioned to
leverage size and scale to share clinical education best practices
across the enterprise and help make decisions that will positively
impact our patient outcomes.

The primary responsibilities of the Clinical Education Program
Director are to provide leadership, oversight and coordination of
HCA's Clinical Education operational plans, goals and major
initiatives. This position will be required to analyze data
pertaining to operations to assist in designing and implementing
strategies, plans, and projects to enable operational
In this role you will:
- Design and develop strategic supporting programs, tools and
processes to facilitate the execution and alignment with annual
nursing strategies and initiatives for clinical education
- Develop and maintain the Clinical Education Atlas publications,
materials and products to provide both incremental and long-term
- Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of program
delivery, and provide feedback to ensure consistent effective
- Develop and implement a systematic approach to manage critical
actions and decisions across various teams to enable optimal
execution and accountability. This will include corporate, division
and facility teams.
This role may travel up to 25% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Master's degree required
- 5 years of experience in managing clinical projects, developing
and publishing documents and leading teams. Expertise in technical
communication with strong communication skills
- 3 years of experience in relevant program management and
project management experience focused on clinical operations
