Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for
Preadmission Testing to join our Healthcare & Medical Services
department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for
ensuring that patients are thoroughly prepared for upcoming
procedures. You will conduct preadmission assessments, review
patient medical histories, coordinate necessary tests, and provide
education to patients and their families about procedures and
post-operative care. Working in this capacity, you will be part of
a multidisciplinary team striving to deliver compassionate,
patient-centered care. You will be expected to utilize your
professional nursing judgment to assess patient needs, prioritize
care, and assist in the development of individualized care plans.
This role requires strong assessment skills, excellent
