Job Description:

Williamson Health and Wellness Center, an innovative healthcare leader in Williamson, WV, is seeking a skilled X-ray Technician to join our team. This role will be pivotal in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services that cater to the needs of our community. The X-ray Technician will be responsible for operating X-ray and other imaging equipment to aid in patient diagnoses, maintaining patient safety, and adhering to all regulatory requirements. Operate and maintain X-ray and other imaging equipment Prepare patients and assist radiologists during procedures Follow radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff Manage imaging documents and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Proficiency in using X-ray and diagnostic imaging equipment Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient positioning Ability to interpret physician instructions and implement them accurately Effective communication and patient-handling skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist
