Williamson Health and Wellness Center is looking for a dedicated Certified Scrub Tech to join our team in the pursuit of high-quality surgical care. Our focus on community health requires a professional who is adept at preparing operating rooms, organizing surgical instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment. Prepare operating rooms for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning. Sterilize instruments and ensure that all surgical supplies meet hygiene standards. Assist surgical teams during operations by providing necessary instruments and materials. Maintain sterile conditions in the operating room at all times. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other surgical staff to optimize procedures and patient care. Proficiency in sterilizing surgical instruments Expertise in preparing operating rooms Ability to maintain sterility in the surgical environment Strong collaboration and communication skills with medical staff Ability to work efficiently under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Scrub Technician (CST) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
