Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center, a community-focused
healthcare provider in Williamson, WV, is seeking a skilled X-Ray
Imaging Tech to join our team. This position requires proficiency
in X-ray equipment, a dedication to patient care, and the ability
to adapt to the diverse needs of our community. The role involves
working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to
deliver diagnostic imaging services that support the diagnosis and
treatment planning for our patients. As part of our team, you will
help further our mission of enhancing community health through
innovative and tailored wellness programs. Operate X-ray imaging
equipment to produce quality diagnostic images. Maintain patient
safety and confidentiality during all procedures. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to plan appropriate diagnostic
procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
specific to radiology. Maintain and manage imaging equipment,
reporting any malfunctions. Educate and prepare patients for X-ray
procedures, addressing any concerns. Proficiency in operating X-ray
imaging equipment. Strong understanding of radiographic positioning
and protocols. Excellent patient management skills. Ability to work
in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Good communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist
(RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Valid state license to practice radiologic technology.
