Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients and immediate postpartum care to newborns. Manage complications and collaborate with surgical teams during C-sections. Employ advanced nursing skills in managing tub labor, cerclage, and epidural administration. Float between units as required, ensuring patient continuity of care. Utilize electronic documentation systems, such as CPN and Meditach, effectively. Adhere to hospital policies and participate in shared decision-making initiatives. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing. Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience. Certifications: Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM required. Proven ability in providing bedside care pre- and post-delivery. Previous experience in circulating and recovering C-section patients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
