Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center, a leader in
community-based health services, seeks a Certified Licensed
Practical Nurse IV (LPN IV) to join our dedicated team in
Williamson, WV. This role is pivotal in our commitment to providing
innovative care solutions and requires a professional with a deep
passion for enhancing individual and community well-being through
person-centered care and wellness programs. The LPN IV will work
closely with other healthcare professionals to administer
medications, manage IV setups, and provide high-quality nursing
care. Administer and monitor patient medications and IV treatments.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and ongoing wellness. Implement patient care plans
in collaboration with healthcare team. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Ensure equipment operation by following manufacturer's
instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and requesting repairs.
Proficient in IV therapy and medication administration Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively
in a team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of
electronic medical records and data entry Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state license as a Licensed
Practical Nurse IV Therapy Certification
