Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse specialized in Medical/Oncology to join our
compassionate team. Our center, deeply rooted in the Williamson
community, focuses on customized healthcare and innovative wellness
programs. The candidate will provide top-tier patient care while
addressing challenges unique to oncological and medical conditions
in our state-of-the-art facility. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the health center. Administer medications, monitor patient progress
and handle emergency situations effectively. Coordinate with
healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate
patient care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment
plans and health management. Document patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Strong proficiency in
clinical skills with an oncological focus. Ability to communicate
effectively both verbally and in writing. Capable of managing time
and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Skills in patient assessment
and knowledge of treatment modalities specific to oncology nursing.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid RN
license in the state of West Virginia. Oncology Certified Nurse
(OCN) credential is preferred but not mandatory.
