Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team, contributing to
our mission of enhancing local health through innovation and
community-specific wellness programs. The role requires adept skill
in managing complex patient conditions in a fast-paced environment,
ensuring compassionate and comprehensive care aligned with our high
standards. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
critically ill patients. Monitor patient status and respond with
appropriate interventions. Engage with patient families to
communicate care plans and updates. Maintain detailed patient
records and administer medications accurately. Participate in
continuous education and training sessions. Strong clinical skills
in a critical care setting. Ability to make quick decisions in
high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and teamwork
skills. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health
records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
RN license in the state of West Virginia. BLS/ACLS
certification.
