Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist
(RRT) to join our team. At Ascension, we are committed to providing

This role involves assessing, treating, and caring for patients
with breathing disorders, actively contributing to our mission of
enhancing the health of the communities we serve. Evaluating
patient respiratory disorders through diagnostic testing and
medical history analysis. Developing and implementing targeted
treatment plans and patient care protocols. Operating and
maintaining respiratory equipment safely, including ventilators and
oxygen supply systems. Collaborating with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to adjust and implement medical care plans.
Providing patient and family education regarding respiratory health
and treatment plans. Monitoring patient progress and making
necessary adjustments to treatments. Participating in training and
professional development opportunities. Proficient in using medical
diagnostic equipment, specifically pertaining to respiratory
therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for
effective patient interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in
fast-paced and dynamic healthcare settings. Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RRT certification from
the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). State licensure as
a Respiratory Therapist (RT) where applicable. BLS/ACLS
certification.
